You also get black heated power outside mirrors, 17-inch steel wheels, and a color-keyed rear spoiler. The LE adds color-keyed heated power outside mirrors with turn signal indicators, privacy glass, black roof rails, and 17-inch silver alloy wheels. On the XLE, you get 18-inch alloy wheels with a black-painted machined finish, chrome side window frame molding, LED taillights, and LED foglights.
Engine (Power)
It appears that there will only be one engine choice for the 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. You can expect a 2.0-liter four-cylinder paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission with intelligence and Shift Mode powering the Corolla Cross. Finally, you get a 10-way power-adjustable heated driver's seat with lumbar support, a leather shift knob, ambient lighting, and a cargo area tonneau cover on the XLE.
Safety Features
Arriving safely at your destination is paramount, and Toyota offers a plethora of safety and driver-assistance features to keep you and your passengers safe. The 2022 Corolla Cross comes with Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, which comes with a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert with steering assist, and lane tracing assist. It also includes automatic high beams, full-speed range dynamic radar cruise control, and road sign assist. In the event of a collision, the advanced airbag system includes nine airbags to protect you.
